Job Description
-
Recruit, hire, train and prepare performance appraisals for new Associates ensuring new hires understand their job responsibilities

Coach, counsel and discipline employees in order to enhance performance by providing ongoing training, supervising activities, and reviewing results
-
Ensure the company procedures and policies are being followed by performing walk through, attending meetings, and communicating best practices with Sales Associates and other Managers
-
Ensure overall performance improves each month with quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews and action plans by working with the Associates, including monitoring each performance metric on a daily basis

Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring

Maximize customer experience by uncovering needs and offering solutions
-
Maintain the visual appeal of the park

Develop positive customer relationships

Ensures customers are greeted and waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner

Ensure that all merchandise is presented in a professional manner

Resolve customer complaints and handle merchandise returns in a pleasant and professional manner

Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used

Provide for the safety and security of all customers and store employees
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3 years management experience strongly preferred

Strong management skills with ability to hire, train, and develop a team
