Job Description
We are hiring FULL-time and PART-time SALAD ARTISTS at the following locations:
-Lakewood Ranch: 8138 Lakewood Main Street
-Downtown Sarasota: 32 South Osprey Ave.
-Flexible Hours
-$9-11/hr including tips (depending upon experience)
We are hiring full-time SHIFT LEADS at the following locations:
-Lakewood Ranch: 8138 Lakewood Main Street
-Downtown Sarasota: 32 South Osprey Ave.
-Flexible Hours
-$10/hr PLUS Tip Share (avg. $1.75-2.50/hr)= $11.75-12.50/hour
We are a hiring a part time PREP/DISH ASSISTANT at the following locations:
-Lakewood Ranch: 8138 Lakewood Main Street
-No late nights! Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM
-$12/hour including tips
Requirements
ALL applicants must have the following:
*At least 6 months Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience.
*An outgoing, hardworking attitude
*No facial piercings, head or neck tattoos
*Basic food knowledge (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred but not required)
*Willingness to learn and grow with us!
All SHIFT LEAD applicants must have the following:
*At least 1 year Food & Beverage experience.
*At least 6 months Shift Lead/Key Holder experience
*Strong leadership and communication skills
All PREP applicants must have the following:
*At least 1 year kitchen experience.
*Demonstrable knife skills.
*Ability to learn and complete the following tasks:
- Slicing Boar's Head meats and cheeses
- Grilling chicken
- Cold prep of fruits and veg
- Maintaining cleanliness and order of kitchen
- Dishwashing, deck-scrubbing, deep cleaning kitchen equipment
