Job Description

Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location.  Some requirements of Kitchen positions include the following:

  • Prepare menu items according to Health Department standards and restaurant procedures
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Follow safety guidelines for kitchen operations & equipment
  • Observe proper storage procedures according to restaurant & Health Department standards
  • Label, date & rotate all food products as needed
  • Have the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Maintain a clean & organized workspace

Requirements

All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of previous kitchen or related experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
