Welcome, Greet and make eye contact with guests as they enter or arrive to their tables and as they move through the dining rooms. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Serve, assist and provide direction to guests as needed throughout the dining experience. Pre-buss tables; removing used tableware, plates and glassware with the guest’s permission. Clear, sanitize and reset tables and sweep floor beneath tables after guests leave within 2 minutes.

Throughout the shift, ensure tables have proper table settings with clean salt & pepper shakers, clean & up-to-date table tent and insert and paper towels. Where applicable, ensure ashtrays, menus, napkin buckets that are clean and free of trash. Ensure all floors beneath tables and around dining rooms are kept clean and free of debris. Ensure windows, walls, fans, TV’s and wall artifacts in your work station are clean and free of dirt/grime/finger prints. Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of paper towels, toilet paper, soap and sanitizer of the restrooms in or near work station every 15 minutes.

Stocking and rotation of beer, wine, liquor, juices, produce and other bar products as needed. 

Reporting any unsafe conditions of the building in section and following proper safety steps when addressing spills on the floor in the dining room.
