Job Description
A Corporate Chef must have a varied skill set. Some of the ideal traits of a successful corporate chef of the Wet Willies corporation include the following:

Excellent customer service skills

BOH experience in either full service restaurants, bars/night clubs, or other retail-guest oriented industries

Working knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred

All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

Minimum of three years of previous kitchen management or related experience

Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
