Job Description
Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bar Back position include the following:

Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude
-
Provide excellent customer service
-
Maintain full stock of all Bar products as directed by the Bar staff
-
Maintain clean service and dining area(s) of the bar at all times
-
Complete sidework at the beginning & end of each shift as directed by the Bar staff
Requirements
All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred
-
Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience
-
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
-
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
-
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
