Wet Willie’s, a rapidly expanding daiquiri bar/restaurant chain, is seeking an experienced manager for our Savannah location. Some of the duties of a Wet Willie's manager include the following:

• Responsible for the day to day operation and profitability of your assigned location.

• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures as determined by Wet Willie's corporate management.

• Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
