Position Summary
Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests. Prepare and cook food items for line station assigned.
Essential Summary

Read and understand recipes and POS generated tickets
-
Prepare meats, vegetables, batters, sauces, and mixes according to recipes for use at station

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Follow all sanitation guidelines
-
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

Restock or breakdown assigned station before next meal period depending on shift

Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful conditions
