Job Description

Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service.

Deliver food items to guests' tables as ordered and within the appropriate time limits, describing each food item when placing them in front of the guests using deliver position number.

Check for proper condiments and utensils when approaching table to deliver food.

Follow protocol and inform manager on duty for all noted guest allergies.

Maintain awareness of current availability of food items throughout service period and communicate effectively with management and service team.

Stock service areas with supplies such as plates, utensils, condiments and to-go items throughout service period.

Take extra care to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in each duty performed.
Requirements

At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy, moderately noisy environment containing multiple personality types. Can be crowded and high pressure.
