Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform financial analyses (cash flow, P&L impact, balance sheet, asset financing, etc.) of plan design projections and comparisons.
  • Research and remain abreast of industry topics, legislative, and reporting requirements for non-qualified compensation and other executive compensation and benefit programs.
  • Maintain updated knowledge and expertise regarding insurance products subject areas including policy structures, financial performance, etc.
  • Develop and improve analysis and reporting templates/processes for both plan design and administration purposes.
  • Assist with internal technology and accounting/compliance needs and analysis.
  • Prepare marketing and sales materials, as well as presentations and reports for purposes of proposal and sales support.
  • Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/or Finance.
     
  • Minimum financial analysisof 2 years of accounting or experience.
     
  • Possess an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (financial/logic formulas, lookups, and data tools).
     
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload.
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
