Provide the highest level of service for our guests. Clean all dishware, food preparation equipment, cooking pots and pans, utensils, glassware and kitchen. Perform general restaurant maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies such as dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas and/or cooking lines.
• Pull mats and sweep floors.
• Set up and break down dish station including properly assembling/disassembling dishwasher.
• Perform day to day maintenance within the restaurant.
